Expression of Interest - SVC Caravan Parks - Operator - Lease Opportunity

⁠⁠⁠Excellent opportunities now exist for experienced and highly motivated Caravan Park operators to drive the daily operations of the Snowy Valleys Council's portfolio of Caravan Parks.

Snowy Valleys Council is seeking public Expressions of Interest (EOI) for the operation and management of all, or a combination of four (4) Caravan Parks situated in the scenic townships of Adelong, Batlow, Tumut, and Tumbarumba, which are located at the foothills of the Snowy Mountains.

The four caravan park sites collectively cover a total area of 13.91 hectares and boast a portfolio of 78 x self-contained cabins, 176 x powered caravan park sites, 59 x unpowered sites, and over 100 x informal camping sites.

Council is prepared to consider a range of options to partner with the right proponent/s to grow the success of the parks and is looking for suitable operators with appropriate experience and resources to develop, promote, and operate the parks as high-quality tourist accommodation/holiday attractions.

There are also several opportunities to improve the viability and customer experience at each Caravan Park site which Council is prepared to consider as part of any commercial offer put forward.

This is a unique opportunity for a single operator or consortium of operators to take on the management of these important recreational facilities in partnership with Council on a five plus five plus five-year lease arrangement.
