Proposals are invited, as part of a Tender process, for Replacement of Information Communication Technology Network Environment, Communications, Architecture/Infrastructure, Security & Systems (including Operating and MS Office Environment).
The Managed Service is to be awarded with the following components to be considered:
1.0 ICT Replacement Architecture
2.0 Network, User and Server Security management
3.0 Connectivity management (WIFI)
4.0 Network upgrades Hardware
5.0 User Hardware provision and management
6.0 Operating Systems and Software upgrades & management
7.0 UPS and Data Backups and Disaster Recovery ICT Managed
8.0 Ongoing Services
9.0 AV & Telephony solutions (optional module).
