The Sovereign Hill Museums Association is seeking responses to deliver a Hotel Management System which provides high quality, low-touch, reliable and efficient room booking and management to benefit guests and staff. It should enable industry-standard booking, check-in and check-out experiences.
This system must be operationally efficient, contribute to keeping cost of fulfillment low, provide an enhanced customer experience and enable increased sales.
