⁠⁠⁠Overview

Richmond Valley Council is seeking tenders from appropriately qualified and experienced tenderers for the construction and implementation of the supplied landscape and construction plans for the Old Casino Station complex and rail trail works.

Scope

The deliverable scope of work has been broken down into three components:

  • Civil works, Design Drawing Set BE210638: construction of access road and turn around, car parking, concrete pathways, and rail trail
  • Landscape works, "Rail Trail" scope extent: delivery of the landscape package works for the associated access road, turn around, car parking, concrete pathways, and rail trail
  • Landscape works, "Old Casino Station" scope extent: works within the Old Casino Station precinct, within the confines of the Old Casino Station complex and heritage curtilage area
