Tender Description
Council is seeking an experienced civil contractor for the construction of a new car parking area off Norman Street as part of the Majors Bay Recreational Precinct upgrade. The construction of the Norman Street Car Park includes the excavation of the existing topsoil, and the construction of new pavement, driveways, footpaths, traffic islands, and associated works. All works are to be in accordance with the detailed construction design, waste classification report, and geotechnical analysis.
