Tender Description
The work under this contract is for plumbing and gas fitting services, as required, to council properties throughout the Latrobe City municipality. This service includes an after-hours emergency repair service, where the contractor will be required to be contactable 24 hours a day. The works include but are not limited to:
• Inspecting and unblocking sewer services;
• Roof repair and replacement;
• Inspecting and maintaining back flow devices;
• Servicing and repairs of gas appliances; and
• Repair and maintenance of sanitary fixtures
The necessary insurance required by the contractor for this Contract is:
A. Workers Compensation Insurance
B. $20,000,000.00 Public Liability Insurance
