Tender Description

Cook Shire Council is seeking tenders from suitably qualified contractors to develop and upgrade the current infrastructure and landscaping of the wharf area (end of Charlotte Street and Webber Esplanade) to bring it up to par with the adjacent waterfront area.

The project aims to improve the trafficability, pedestrian safety and connectivity with Sherrin Esplanade and Waterfront shared paths, parking spaces and overall activation of the wharf area for the general community, local businesses, visitors and tourists, as further detailed in the attached.
