Tender Description
Tenders are invited from suitably experienced contractors for the installation of 994 meters of stormwater pipes ranging from DN300 to DN600 and all associated auxiliary works.
Closing time and date: 4.30pm Tuesday 22 November 2022.
A pre-tender briefing will be held at 09:00am on Thursday 3rd November 2022 at the Central Highlands Council Chambers, 19 Alexander Street, Bothwell. Tenderers shall make their own arrangements for the pre-tender site inspection.
The Tender Documents can be obtained by contacting Council’s Works Manager, Mr Jason Branch between the hours of 8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday on 0428 725 198 .
Tenders are to be lodged in hard copy in the Tender Box at the Central Highlands Council Chambers, 6 Tarleton Street, Hamilton by the due time and date in a sealed envelope clearly marked “TENDER FOR CONTRACT NO CHC 11/22 Upgrading of the Bothwell Township Stormwater Drainage System STAGE 2”. Tenders shall not be lodged by facsimile or by email.
Late tenders will be dealt with in accordance with Council’s Code of Tenders and Contracts.

Council reserves the right that the lowest or any tender will not necessarily be awarded or accepted.
