Tender Description

Chevron Australia is seeking expressions of interest from service providers able to provide Condition Monitoring System in the Jansz-Io Compression Project. Contractor shall be responsible for the design, engineering, manufacture, assembly, inspection, testing, commissioning and transport of Condition Monitoring System (CMS) for installation in the Jansz-Io Compression Project.

 
The scope of supply shall include all CMS hardware and software, including followings:
 
• Rack monitors installed on freestanding panels.
• Condition monitoring and diagnostic (CMD) software
• CMD server(s).
• Necessary interface devices.
• System configuration.
• Testing.
• Documentation.
• Installation supervision.
• Field support as defined within specification.
 
In applications where rotating equipment condition monitoring and protection hardware is integrated into the rotating equipment unit control panels (UCPs) by the rotating equipment Supplier, CMPS Suppliers shall be responsible for providing the necessary CMD software packages and licensing to integrate UCP rack monitors into the CMD Server(s).
 
Machinery CMPS shall be composed of the following:
 
a. CMPS rack monitors for continuous online monitoring.
b. CMPS scanning modules for online periodic monitoring when specified by the project.
c. PDC and accessories.
d. Network interface hardware.
e. CMD server(s) with monitoring, applications, analysis and interface software, decision support tools and notification, including necessary software licenses, manuals, and media.
