Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Tenders Sought for the Provision of Maintenance, Breakdown and Preventative by Experienced Contractors for the Following Services for Our Rutherglen and Chiltern Campuses, and St Mary's Units:
· Electrical services;
· Pest control;
· Refrigeration;
· Air Conditioning Maintenance of gas appliances/boilers;
· Painting maintenance;
· Plumbing;
· Inspection and Testing of Fire Protection Systems.

All tenders are for 36 months commencing 1st July 2022.
