Tender Description
The Town of East Fremantle is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced Construction firms for the $25m East Fremantle Oval Redevelopment works.
A copy of the EOI documentation can be obtained by providing a valid Builder’s Registration Number along with a brief demonstration of the firm’s previous construction delivery of projects exceeding $10m by email to: tenders@eastfremantle.wa.gov.au
Requests for the documentation must be made prior to 4pm on 6 April 2022.
EOI documents will only be issued where the information above has been provided to the Town’s reasonable satisfaction.
Only shortlisted respondents from this EOI process will be invited to Tender.

EOI responses may be submitted by hand to the Town of East Fremantle, Town Hall, 135 Canning Highway, East Fremantle or electronically via the tender email: tenders@eastfremantle.com.au.
EOI responses must be received before the deadline of 4pm on Friday 8 April 2022 clearly marked with the EOI Reference. Late Responses will not be accepted.
