The Shire of Cocos (Keeling) Islands is inviting tenders for the purchase of various furniture items and computer monitors, offered on an "as is, where is" basis. The items will be sold to the highest bidder.

The sale items are listed below.

Various Furniture Items currently located on West Island

• Dark Timber Tall Boy: Qty 4, Used
• Light Timber Tall Boy: Qty 1, Used
• 7.5kg Simpson Washing Machine: Qty 1, Used & In Working Condition
• Dark Timber Buffet: Qty 1, Used
• Light Timber Buffet: Qty 1, Used

Various Computer Screens currently located on Home Island

• 22" Monitor, Viewsonic VA2246M-LED: Qty 8, Used
• 22" Monitor, Viewsonic VX2233WM-3: Qty 3, Used
• Monitor, LG 22MB65P-B: Qty 1, Used

Site Inspection

Bidders are recommended to inspect the items before placing a bid. To arrange a viewing, please contact the Shire Administration Officer at email: admin@cocos.wa.gov.au

Instructions to Tenderers

Pictures and the Tender Bid Form can be found on the website.

• Tenders must be submitted on the Council's Tender Bid Form, with all sections completed. Tenders not submitted on the Tender Bid Form will not be considered.
• Please submit all bids to admin@cocos.wa.gov.au by 4:00pm Wednesday 15 December.
• Please clearly state "Tender for Sale Items" in the subject line.
• Tenders received after the closing time and date stated above will not be considered.
• Council reserves the right to reject any or all tenders.

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Successful bidders will be notified by 4:00pm Thursday 16 December.
• Bids are to be paid to the Shire prior to pickup.
• Items are to be picked up prior to 1pm Monday 20th December.
