Construction of a multi-service community hub including flexible meeting/conference/performance/activity spaces, library and Council customer service. The facility will also provide a commercial kitchen and user group storage
The development incorporates the existing Trentham Mechanics Institute.
The site will be developed to allow formalised car parking and landscaping.
