The Shire of Cocos Keeling Islands is calling for tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to complete the construction of two partially built residential kit homes on Home Island, Cocos (Keeling) Islands.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Completion of construction of two partially built residential houses on Home Island
- Both houses are at different stages of construction
Contractor Requirements
- Suitably qualified and experienced in residential construction
