Overview
The Shire of Cocos (Keeling) Islands is seeking tenders from suitably experienced and qualified contractors for the detail design, supply and construction of recreation facilities as part of the West Island Recreation Precinct.
Scope
The scope includes detail design, supply and construction of the following separable portions:
- Area One - Gym
- Area Two - Office
- Area Three - Community Hub
- Area Three - Office/Cyclone Shelter
Contractor Requirements
- Suitably experienced and qualified contractors are required for the detail design, supply and construction works
