Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Radio New Zealand Limited (RNZ) is currently seeking tenders to undertake an office fitout project of L2 & L3, and reinstatement of L4 at 155 The Terrace, Wellington.

Fitout works will involve open plan demolition, construction of office partition, construction of Self-Drives, Studios and Sound Booths.
Reinstatement works will include infill of and removal of staircase between L3 & L4 as a part of tenant’s make good obligation. Removal of all partition to bring space to open plan configuration, including all services.
