Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠Moreland City Council is seeking the services of suitably experienced Design & Construct contractor to deliver the significant Fleming Park Redevelopment project.

The project consist of revitalising landscape areas and improved park facilities for all users. This will provide accessible entry points and pathways throughout the park that connect to the existing accessible toilets, playgroup and other facilities. Refurbishment and upgrades of existing community and sporting facilities (as per Government guidelines) will cater for the future expansion and growth and provide equitable and accessible change rooms amenities for all members.
