Tender Description

The works under consideration includes the installation of a new retaining wall along the stream bed line of the Harrison's Cut Access Way. The retaining wall consists of Redi-Rock Mass blocks and has varying overall retaining height of 2.29m up to 4.57m. The total length of the wall is approximately 155m.

Additional works include;

earthworks;
minor drainage;
pavement/surfacing upgrades of accessway and car existing parking area (including new
kerb and channel and a 2m wide pedestrian footpath);
line-marking/signage
landscaping; and
a new overflow gravel parking area
