Tender Description
The construction of a new amenities building to replace the existing amenities building is one of Councils' key Projects for 2020/21. The amenities will include the demolition of the existing structure and constructing a brand new amenities building to support the community of Lachlan Shire.
The new amenities building will be of blockwork construction with a skillion roof, clad in colourbond steel.
The Gum Bend Lake Amenity has been designed in consultation with the user groups and the community as a whole.
