Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠ Tender are invited from suitable suppliers for the following maintenance contracts with Home Out West for the period of 2018-2020.

  • Electrical Contractor
  • Plumbing Contractor
  • General Maintenance Contractor
  • Lawn Mowing & Ground Maintenance
  • Cleaning

Contracted work will involve routine and emergency maintenance on our property portfolio in Blaranald/Moulamein area.

All contractors will require an ABN, relevant licences and insurance.
