Tender Description
Chevron Australia Pty Ltd (Chevron) is requesting information from vendors capable of meeting the requirements set out in this scope of work (full capability). Vendor will be responsible for the supply of Rental Equipment and associated equipment/services for maintenance activities and major events such as shutdowns, brownfield projects and maintenance campaigns.
Services may include (but not limited to):
1. Provision of Rental Equipment to Company and Company third party suppliers;
2. Tracking of Rental Equipment and Company equipment;
3. Supply and management of tool stores for Rental Equipment (Permanent and Temporary);
4. Assistance in Rental Equipment planning for major events;
a. Coordination of pre-turnaround & turnaround activities including temp power, procurement of tools, materials, equipment and specialised test equipment.
5. Management of Company tool stores and Company equipment;
6. Procurement of equipment on behalf of Company;
7. Provision of consumables for major events;
8. Development of Equipment Lease procedure;
9. Technical support;
10. Training;
11. Reporting;
12. Packaging, preservation and quarantine services; and
13. Refuelling of Rental Equipment at Company mainland warehouses.
