Sydney Trains are seeking to source a provider for Measuring Customer Experience to provide a meaningful measurement framework to track change in customer experience and cascade this information to the appropriate level within the organisation.
Sydney Trains is intending to award up to 5 years contract.
The measurement framework gives Sydney Trains & NSW Train-Link the ability to align deliverables with customer requirements and build a performance based culture.
