Expression of Interest: Available Room Space at 50 Old Perth Road

The Town of Bassendean invites Expressions of Interest (EOI) from community groups and not for profit organisations seeking short-term use of an office/workshop space at 50 Old Perth Road, Bassendean.

Scope

The space available comprises:

• A small open space with kitchenette
• An adjoining office or storage space
• Capacity to accommodate up to 50 people

Eligibility

This EOI is open to:

• Not-for-profit organisations
• Community groups
• Arts, crafts, cultural, recreational, or social groups
• Parent and children's groups

Contract Terms and Conditions

• Space available from 28 September 2026
• Estimated period of two (2) years
• Possible extensions thereafter by negotiation

• Documents can be obtained by registering with Debra Darch, Town of Bassendean, at procurement@bassendean.wa.gov.au
• Paper copy or postal submissions will not be accepted
• Canvassing of Elected Members will disqualify respondents from further consideration
