Overview
The Department of Transport and Main Roads (QLD) is seeking a contractor to provide soil nailing works for the Mungar Road Batter Slip.
Scope
The scope includes:
Upslope
- Descaling the face, stripping topsoil and clearing vegetation as required
- Supply and installation of soil nails, including grout and weepholes
- Shotcreting, including supply and installation of mesh
Downslope
- Stripping topsoil and clearing vegetation
- General excavation and disposal of existing batter material, including removal of existing culvert end unit(s)
- Supply and installation of lower embankment
- Supply and installation of 1/450 RCP culvert extension
- Supply and installation of upper embankment
- Supply and installation of soil nails, including grout and weepholes
- Shotcreting, including supply and installation of mesh
