Overview
Australian Munitions, a Thales Australia (NSW) trading name, is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified organisations for Building & Property Maintenance Services at its Mulwala NSW facility. The project is anticipated to commence in 2026.
About
The Mulwala NSW facility is owned by the Commonwealth of Australia and operated by Thales, trading as Australian Munitions, producing energetic materials for the Australian Defence Force.
Scope
The scope includes:
- Provision, or management, of resources to repair and maintain all buildings at the facility, as required and directed by the Maintenance Department
Contractor Requirements
- By submitting an expression of interest or tender for this project, respondents become subject to the Code for the Tendering and Performance of Building Work 2016
