The Business Architect supports the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission’s transformation and regulatory reform agenda by providing hands‑on business architecture expertise within service design sprints. Working under the direction of the Service Design Sprint Lead, the role connects regulatory intent, business strategy and operational delivery by shaping current and future state capabilities, value streams and operating models.
Operating in complex and evolving regulatory environments, the role applies pragmatic architectural thinking to ensure sprint outcomes are coherent, implementable and aligned to Commission reforms, digital and data enablement initiatives.
