Provision of Routine and Reactive Air-Conditioning Services

⁠⁠⁠The Contract is for the provision of routine and reactive air-conditioning related services as follows:

(a) Routine servicing of air-conditioning assets as detailed in Appendix 1, Schedule 4;

(b) Reactive servicing and repairs in instances where air-conditioning systems are malfunctioning or not performing optimally;

(c) Asset replacement as directed; and

(d) Refrigerant recovery services for Kununurra and Wyndham Landfills.

The Contract will cover requirements for a period of three (3) years with two (2) 12-month extension options at the Principal’s discretion.

The Shire currently has an arrangement in place for the provision of routine and reactive air-conditioning services. The current arrangement expires on 9 August 2026.

It is preferred that any Contract established as a result of this Request for Tender will commence on 10 August 2026.
