Tender Description
Djarragun College invites Expressions of Interest from suitably qualified, experienced and registered building contractors for the delivery of the Boys Boarding Stage 2 project at Djarragun College, 1 Maher Road, Gordonvale QLD.
The project involves the construction and upgrade of boarding accommodation and associated works within an operational school environment, noting Class 9B Building of 2000m2. The procurement process will be conducted in two stages, with shortlisted respondents invited to participate in a subsequent Request for Tender.
Contractors seeking to submit an EOI must be:
- appropriately qualified and experienced in comparable building projects;
- registered with the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC); and
- capable of undertaking works in an active education setting while maintaining business continuity.
Expressions of Interest must be received no later than 2.00pm on Friday 29 May 2026 and submitted by email to sandra.troughton@rpsconsulting.com and leanne.cowie@rpsconsulting.com
