Requirements
Airservices’ EPMO is seeking a Strategic Schedule Advisor contractor for a 6‑month engagement (~130 working days) to strengthen early-phase planning across its transformation portfolio.
The role focuses on building credible, risk-informed schedules for Strategic and Full Business Cases, improving confidence in delivery timeframes, and supporting better portfolio-level decision-making.
The contractor will provide:
- Early-phase schedule development with robust logic and assumptions
- Schedule risk analysis (e.g., Monte Carlo) to quantify uncertainty and contingency
- Dependency mapping and critical path insights across programs
- Advisory support and capability uplift for project and portfolio teams
Key outputs include business-case-ready schedules, risk-adjusted timelines, dependency analyses, and reusable planning tools/templates.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in strategic scheduling (P6/MS Project), risk modelling, and complex program environments, with the ability to influence stakeholders and translate uncertainty into actionable insights.
