Tender Description
Ballina Shire Council is seeking to establish a panel of Recognised Contractors to provide Sewer Pump Station (SPS) Switchboard Renewals Construction. Dependent on project sites, Switchboard and Other Minor Renewal Works will consist of one, or a combination of these primary work scopes:
- Earth/Excavation Works
- Civil Works (including concrete/structural, mechanical)
- Electrical Work (mainly Level 1 and Level 2), with Essential Energy liaison and prior approvals potentially required at select sites
- Site Commission (including interface with Principal-engaged SCADA Integrator)
- Site Handover and WAE documentation
- Compliance with site-specific planning approval documentation (Review of Environmental Factors.
