Tender Description
The City of Nedlands invites submissions from suitably qualified and experienced contractors for the provision of comprehensive plumbing services across the Citys buildings and park infrastructure.
The services will include both reactive and programmed maintenance, minor works, and upgrades, carried out in accordance with all relevant Australian Standards, statutory requirements, and the Citys operational expectations. The successful contractor will be required to demonstrate the capacity to deliver timely, reliable, and high quality services across a diverse portfolio of assets.
The Contract will be awarded for an initial term of three (3) years, with two (2) optional extensions of one (1) year each, exercisable at the sole discretion of the Principal.
