TENDER NOTICE Broadstead Kilmore - Sewer Pump Station and Rising Main - Goulburn Valley Water CW Urban Pty Ltd, trading as Cossill & Webley Consulting Engineers Australia (hereinafter referred to as the "Superintendent"), invites Tenders from suitably experienced and accredited Goulburn Valley Water contractors for the construction of a Sewer Pump Station and Rising Main at Broadstead Kilmore, Kilmore, Victoria.
Project Overview Broadstead Kilmore is a 10-stage residential subdivision project located at Tootle Street and 200 Quinns Road, Kilmore (hereinafter referred to as "the Site").
The Works comprise the construction of a Sewer Pump Station and Rising Main, including associated civil works, sewer reticulation, water reticulation, and electrical reticulation (hereinafter referred to as "the Works").
Site Description
The Site is bounded by Tootle Street to the north, Quinns Road (unsealed) to the east, McIvors Road (unmade) to the south, and the low-density residential development of the Elms Estate to the west. Existing features include completed Stage 1 and Stage 2 subdivision works, an existing dwelling and shed within the southern land parcel, a sales office on the south-east corner, and an electrical substation on the eastern side of Quinns Road opposite the Site.
Scope of Works
The Works comprise the supply and installation of a sewer pump station, rising main, and associated water reticulation, electrical, and civil works. Tenderer Eligibility Tenders are invited from contractors holding current accreditation with Goulburn Valley Water. Proof of accreditation must be provided with the tender submission.
