This Tender is invited by the Issuer.

⁠⁠⁠The Attorney‑General’s Department is seeking a suitable seller to design a practical, risk‑based Agentic AI Governance and Assurance Framework. The purpose of this engagement is to enable the Department to safely adopt and scale agentic artificial intelligence (AI) use cases by extending existing AI and Generative AI governance arrangements to address increased autonomy, tool use, system interaction, and accountability.

The successful seller will provide governance and assurance design artefacts only.
