Crystal Cascades Water Intake Communication Upgrade 600033

⁠⁠⁠Cairns Regional Council (the principal) is seeking services from a suitably qualified and experienced Contractor for Contract 3099 Cystal Cascades Water Intake Communication Upgrade 600033.

The principal requires the Contractor to Supply and Install the materials, based on the scope of works provided in PART 5 of the RFT document.

Enquiries: Tender enquiries, questions or clarifications should be directed via the online forum. Cairns Regional Council officers are unable to respond to verbal enquiries in relation to the tender. The forum will close four days prior to the closing time and date. Please ensure that all questions, information requests and clarifications are posted prior to this time.

Lodgement of Submissions: Completed responses must be lodged by uploading the submission to the etender portal, using the response forms within the tender documentation.

We strongly recommend that you begin uploading your tender submission files at least two (2) hours BEFORE the tender closing time.

Late, verbal or emailed tenders may not be accepted and will be subject to Councils sole discretion.

Submissions will not be opened publicly. The lowest or any tender may not necessarily be accepted.

Council reserve the right to change the specifications prior to making a decision on the submissions received in response to this invitation. Council may invite all Respondents to change their submission to take into account any change in the tender specifications.

Tenders are to remain valid for a period of 120 days from the Closing Time.
