Mobile Duress Alarm System Trial at Correctional Facility

⁠⁠⁠Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of the Department of Justice (DOJ) are seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to facilitate a trial of proposed mobile duress alarm systems (MDAS) at one or more correctional facilities.

This process is being conducted as an Expression of Interest.

Stage 1 of the Expression of Interest is an open advertisement which allows Respondents to propose one or more systems they believe will be suitable to the Department of Justice’s needs. The technical specifications and demonstrated capability of the proposed systems will be considered, with any number of Respondents who propose suitable systems progressing to the next stage.

Stage 2 will be a restricted Request for Quote to those Respondents who have passed stage 1. This stage will consider pricing and any other criteria deemed suitable, as well as identifying any correctional facilities which may be included as part of the trial.

Programmed FM reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to award a contract to any number of suitable Respondents for the purposes of the trial, at any nominated Site.
