Tender Description
Since January 2023, the Department of Education (the Department) has targeted international teachers to work in Western Australian (WA) public schools from the United Kingdom, New Zealand, South Africa, the Republic of Ireland, and Canada. As of March 2026, 361 international teachers have been appointed to teaching positions through the international teacher recruitment initiative program (the Initiative).
To ensure the Initiative has delivered maximum value and operating effectively, the Department requires a single supplier to provide independent evaluation services of all components of the Initiative, from initial marketing and engagement through to relocation and induction and ascertain if the Initiative has achieved the Department’s intended purpose.
