The Principal is open to flexible leasing and operating arrangements and is seeking a tenant who can deliver a service that enhances the experience of airport users.

The Principal is seeking interested parties who, in exchange for occupation of the space, can provide services that benefit the community, airport tenants, and visitors, which may include (but are not limited to):

• Operating a small food and beverage kiosk (subject to health approvals).
• Provision of convenient, affordable, and quality food and beverage options aligned with flight schedules and airport activity.
• Enhancing the overall customer experience within the airport through professional presentation and customer service.
• Supporting local tourism and regional identity through the use of local products where feasible.
• Maintaining consistent operating hours that meet the needs of airport users, including peak travel periods.
