Darwin - Delivery of the Real Time System Security Monitoring Tool on EMS v3.4

⁠⁠⁠Power and Water Corporation, through the Northern Territory Electricity System and Market Operator (NTESMO), seeks to enhance the secure operation of the Darwin to Katherine Power System by improving real-time contingency and system strength assessment within EMS v3.4.

The project will provide a unified operational platform for real-time monitoring and dynamic assessment of the DKPS, supporting improved operational decision-making and serving as the single source of truth for network data.

The key deliverable is the successful implementation of the Contingency Analysis and Short-Circuit Analysis modules on EMS v3.4, together with updates to the supporting source models and databases required for real-time operation
