Stage 2 Air-Conditioning Upgrades - Byford Secondary College

⁠⁠⁠Programmed Facility Management Pty Ltd (PFM) on behalf of Department of Housing and Works (DHW) and Department of Education (DOE) are seeking tenders from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to undertake stage 2 – air-conditioning upgrades at Byford Secondary College.

The Work includes but is not limited to the supply and installation of inverter type split air-conditioners/cassette type to each classroom currently serviced by the evaporative air-conditioners. Decommission and removal of Existing Gas heaters and make good. Replace roof sheeting, waterproof and make good.

Tenderers to note that all scheduled works will be staged for completion during the July, Sept-Oct and Dec-Jan 2027 school term break only.

Site Visit

A site visit will be held at 57 Abernethy Road, Byford on 1 May, 2026 10:00 AM.

A mandatory site briefing will be held at Byford Secondary College. The location of the briefing will be 57 Abernethy Rd, Byford WA 6122.
