Goulburn Academy's existing gas-fired boiler heating plant has reached end of life and requires replacement to maintain reliable building heating in Tower 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8 and Building D.
Project goals
Goulburn Police Academy's existing gas boiler heaters has reached end of life and requires replacement in Tower 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, 8 and Building D.
The Contractor is to Design & Construct the new Gas Boiler Heating System.
Scope
Option 1 - Supply & Install New System
- Full replacement of heating plant and ancillary equipment with modern, high-efficiency systems designed for 20+ years of reliable service.
Option 2 - Minimum Boiler Replacement
- Replace the failed boilers while retaining and reusing the existing ancillary equipment.
