Peak Hill Pool Internal Refurbishment and Associated Works

⁠⁠⁠Council is seeking submissions from suitably qualified contractors for the design, supply, and installation of an internal lining system or approved alternative surface treatment for the Peak Hill Swimming Pool. The works aim to address existing leakage and surface deterioration, restore watertight integrity, and extend the operational life of the asset.

The contract will be delivered under a Design and Construct (D&C) model, allowing tenderers to propose either a commercial-grade pool liner system or an alternative surface rehabilitation solution suitable for public pool use. The successful contractor will be responsible for investigation, design, installation, and commissioning of the proposed system.

The works are to be completed within the off-season period, with practical completion required prior to the October 2026 pool season.
