Tender Description
Livingstone Shire Council (Council) invites suitably qualified and experienced contractors to submit a Tender for the provision of civil construction works for the Construction of Pineapple Drive Extension.
The Works comprise the construction and delivery of, but are not limited to:
• Roadworks, including earthworks, pavements, kerb and channel, concrete works, road furniture and guardrails
• Stormwater drainage infrastructure, including pipelines, reinforced concrete box culverts (RCBC), cast in-situ concrete elements, subsoil drainage and associated works
• Installation of electrical conduits, cabling and street lighting foundations
• Water supply reticulation
• Erosion and sediment control, and landscaping works during construction and at completion
The Contractor shall provide all labour, materials, plant, equipment, supervision and associated activities necessary to deliver the Works in accordance with the Contract and Technical Specification.
