Aquatic and Foreshore Facilities Operations and Maintenance Services

⁠⁠⁠Livingstone Shire Council (Council) invites suitably qualified, experienced and community-focused contractors and/or service providers to submit a Tender for the provision of Aquatic and Foreshore Facilities Operations and Maintenance Services.

Our aquatic centres and foreshore facilities are valued community assets, supporting recreation, tourism and lifestyle across the Capricorn Coast. This opportunity is to work collaboratively with Council to maintain and enhance these facilities to a high standard, ensuring they remain clean, functional, compliant and enjoyable for residents and visitors alike.

The Services comprise the provision of Aquatic and Foreshore Facilities Operations and Maintenance Services under Tender No. 2026.011, including all labour, materials, plant, equipment, supervision and associated activities necessary to operate, maintain and support Council’s facilities in accordance with the Contract and Specification
