Gardener / Caretaker – Contractor (ABN)
Gold Coast | Strata / Body Corporate
A well established Body Corporate on the Gold Coast is seeking a reliable and professional Gardener / Caretaker contractor to provide ongoing grounds and caretaker services for a residential strata complex.
The site comprises approximately 10 acres with 96 residential units and operates as a 52 week service. The complex is currently maintained by a Gardener/Caretaker, with additional assistance engaged during peak periods and weekends under his contract.
Engagement & Contract Terms
- Initial trial / qualifying period to assess performance, reliability, and suitability
- During the trial period, either party may terminate the engagement with written notice
- Upon successful completion of the trial period, a 3 year contract will be offered, subject to Body Corporate approval
- Ongoing engagement is performance based and aligned with Body Corporate standards
Hours (average)
- Monday–Friday: 8 hours per day
- Saturday & Sunday: 2 hours per day, from 7:30 am
- Increased mowing and grounds maintenance required during summer
