Township Placemaking Masterplans

⁠⁠⁠Moira Shire Council (Council) is inviting tenders from suitably qualified, multi-disciplinary consultants to develop township placemaking masterplans for Cobram, Nathalia, Numurkah and Yarrawonga through a co-design, community engagement process.

These masterplans will create an actionable pipeline of shovel-ready projects that strengthen local identity, improve the public realm, stimulate main-street vitality, enhance inclusion, accessibility and connectivity, and support economic resilience. They will also include a landscaping design component along with infrastructure and space activations.
