Events Grant

This funding, as part of the Events on Redlands Coast Program, is designed to assist organisations to host multiyear, medium-scale events that benefit the broader Redland Coast community through celebration of community values and engagement, while encouraging economic activity.

The grant provides financial assistance to help:

• Vibrant community experiences – Supporting events that bring people together, celebrate culture, and create memorable shared experiences
• Stronger community connections – Encouraging participation and engagement through inclusive events that foster pride and belonging
• Local economic and social benefits – Attracting visitors and showcasing local businesses in ways that strengthen both the community and its economy

Available funds

Applicants may request up to $20,000 per financial year, for a period of up to three years.

Outcomes will be provided to applicants within 8 weeks of the grant closure date.

Applications will be open twice per year.

The 2025/26 program is open from 9 March to 4 April 2026.

Round 1 of the 2026/27 program will be open from 24 August to 20 September 2026.
