Architectural Design Services for Bassendean Oval Stage 2 redevelopment

The Town is seeking Responses from suitably qualified and experienced Architects (inclusive of Lead Consultant role) for design services from Concept Design and Schematic Design through to completion (final design services subject to procurement model) for the Bassendean Oval precinct (the Project) 140 Old Perth Road Bassendean, Western Australia.

Details of the Specification, Selection Criteria and Attachments are provided in the Towns RFT Document.

RFT documents are available from Saturday, 7 March 2026 and can be obtained via the Towns e-procurement portal.

Closing Date and Time: 11.00 hrs (AWST) Monday 16 March 2026

RFT Lodgement: Town of Bassendean e-procurement portal.

Canvassing of any Town of Bassendean Councillors or Officers will disqualify Respondents from further consideration.
