Tender Description
Fire and Emergency New Zealand is seeking a mature, digital solution that provides real‑time visibility of operational coverage and integrates with key systems including Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), the Automatic Location and Positioning System (ALPS), and Geographic Information System (GIS) data, along with Fire and Emergency risk layers.
The tool must support scenario modelling, planning, and historical analysis to help Communication Centers make timely, informed decisions about resource availability and coverage.
We are seeking suppliers with proven experience delivering geospatial or modelling‑based decision‑support tools in emergency services or similarly complex environments, and strong capability in real‑time data integration and system interoperability. All solution data must be stored in New Zealand or Australia and meet NZ Government ICT and security standards.
