Tender Description

⁠⁠⁠The City is seeking to establish a panel comprised of two separable portions, with of a minimum of three contractors each to undertake Civil Works for a period of three years, with one option to extend of two years.

The separable portions will be as follows:

  • Portion 1 – Jobs/Projects under $750,000
  • Portion 2 – Jobs/Projects above $750,000

Please note: Contractors may elect to tender for one or both portions.
