Kilcoy Aquatic Centre – Pool Finishes Replacement

Somerset Regional Council (Council) is seeking to engage a principal contractor, to undertake the specific requirements for the replacement of the existing tiled finishes system at the Kilcoy Aquatic Centre in Kilcoy Queensland.

Whilst the scope of works and design drawings are detailed in this specification the Aquatic Contractor is responsible for all necessary detailed design and coordination of the final installation.

TENDER BRIEFING/SITE INSPECTION

• Attendance at this meeting to discuss the Request for Tender is mandatory.
• Tenderers are required to attend a tender briefing/site inspection on Monday 9 March 2026 at 10.30am.
• The location of the meeting is Kilcoy Aquatic Centre, Cnr Mary & Hope Streets, Kilcoy QLD, 4515.
• The briefing/site inspection will provide Tenderers with the opportunity to clarify any uncertainties with the Contact Person prior to the Closing Time.
• Please confirm with the Contact Person by emailing mail@somerset.qld.gov.au your attendance at this meeting no later than COB Wednesday 4 March 2026.
• Pursuant to Clause 7.6, failure to attend this briefing/site inspection may render the Tenderer ineligible to Tender.
